EAL Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Watford
Pay: 105-120 per day (umbrella)
Start: ASAP

I'm looking for an EAL Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Watford. This is a full-time role working with students who speak English as an additional language, helping them access the curriculum and build confidence in both written and spoken English.

You'll be supporting across KS3 and KS4, working closely with classroom teachers and the SEN/EAL team. Some of the students you'll support may also have mild SEN, so experience with differentiation and patience in your approach will really help.
