The role
Plan/deliver small-group English/Maths interventions
PPA/short-term class cover (planning provided)
Work with SENCo on targeted support
Support with assessment and feedback
You'll have
HLTA status or strong TA Level 3 with cover experience
Secure phonics/reading and core Maths knowledge
Confident behaviour management and warm rapport
Enhanced DBS + RTW
Details: Watford | Start ASAP/September | 110-135/day (umbrella) | 8:30-3:30 | Long-term (perm possible)
