HR Shared Services Advisor - 6-month contract - to start end of July

??Location: Watford ??Salary: £28,000 - £35,000?Working hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am-3.30pm/9am-5pm (4 days in the office,1-day WFH) potentially 1-2 Saturdays a month 8am-12pm (WFH, time back in Lieu)

Responsibilities:Join our dynamic People Services team as a People Services Advisor! �? You will be the first point of contact for our managers and employees, ensuring HR-related queries are handled swiftly and accurately. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls and tickets from the HR department.
  • Providing accurate information on HR policies and procedures, coaching staff to empower them for future self-service.
  • Using Workday and Microsoft Office to maintain and update HR data efficiently.
  • Escalating complex queries to appropriate HR teams as needed.
  • Upholding high standards of customer service in all communications.
  • Collaborating with team members for effective information flow.
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on HR practises.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
