What will you do as a Logistics Manager

Preparing/managing shipment documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, & GRNs
Negotiating with freight partners to secure competitive rates to optimise shipping costs
Running weekly cross functional shipping meetings, updating on orders/delivery timelines
Placing orders with factories and ensuring prices and delivery terms are agreed
Book in Deliveries

What will you need to be a Logistics Manager

Experience working with tariffs and commodity codes
Must have worked in house for a product-based company/brand as opposed to a shipping company or freight forwarder
Proficient in Excel and ERP
Experience raising PO’s
Happy to be based on site 5 days a week
