Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their team at Elstree Aerodrome, London. What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be leading a team of individuals towards achieving business goals. You will be instrumental in promoting a culture of continuous improvement within your team. Your role will involve ensuring that health and safety standards are consistently met while also developing reporting mechanisms to monitor performance. A key aspect of your role will be managing customer interfaces and expectations, ensuring that excellent customer service is always delivered. Monitoring progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and costs against budget will also fall under your purview.
