While prior experience working with electrical or electro-mechanical products would be advantageous, it's not essential. The key requirement is hands-on assembly experience, ideally within a high-tech engineering or manufacturing environment.
The company offers flexible working hours, and although there may be occasional weekend shifts (approximately once a month), these will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
