We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Watford. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality education and supporting the development of children in Key Stage 2, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils in KS2.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters inclusivity and promotes a love for learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the success of all pupils.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to the broader school community.
• Maintain a high standard of classroom management and discipline.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Have experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils, though NQTs (Newly Qualified Teachers) are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge, particularly in the core subjects (English, Maths, Science).
• Be committed to continuous professional development.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Show a positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
• Be passionate about the well-being and personal development of children.
