Job Description:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Foster a nurturing classroom environment that supports students' learning and emotional wellbeing.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records, contributing to reports and assessments.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCO, and senior leaders to support each pupil’s development.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of pupil progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and whole-school development initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK.
- Have experience teaching within the primary phase (KS1 or KS2).
- Be enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and strong curriculum knowledge.
- Be reflective and committed to continuous professional development.
- Be confident working as part of a collaborative team and communicating with families and external professionals.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a clear DBS check.
