Supply Desk is seeking a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join a warm and inclusive school community in Watford, starting May half-term or September 2025. Job Description:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Foster a nurturing classroom environment that supports students' learning and emotional wellbeing.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records, contributing to reports and assessments.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCO, and senior leaders to support each pupil’s development.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of pupil progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and whole-school development initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK.
• Have experience teaching within the primary phase (KS1 or KS2).
• Be enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and strong curriculum knowledge.
• Be reflective and committed to continuous professional development.
• Be confident working as part of a collaborative team and communicating with families and external professionals.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a clear DBS check.
