Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Year 3 Teacher to join their team in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed educator to support children as they begin their journey through Key Stage 2.
The Role:
As the Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum that supports pupils in building independence, confidence, and core academic skills. You'll work within a supportive team and have access to excellent resources and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and well-differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum

Foster a classroom culture that encourages curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning

Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data to inform next steps

Promote high standards of behaviour, effort, and respect

Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and staff

Participate in school-wide activities, CPD sessions, and collaborative planning

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including trips and enrichment
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable but not essential)

Good understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment procedures

A nurturing, reflective, and positive approach to teaching

Ability to manage a classroom with warmth, consistency, and high expectations

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
