About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher (ECT) to join our supportive primary school. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
• Use assessment to track progress and tailor support to individual needs
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold school values

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending award of QTS
• Good understanding of the primary curriculum (Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2)
• Strong classroom management skills and a reflective teaching approach
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A commitment to professional growth and high-quality teaching
