We are partnering with one of the UKs leading secured loan and mortgage brokerages to recruit a motivated and articulate professional. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Paraplanning or Mortgage Administration who is ready to take the next step in their financial services career.

This position will allow you to develop your expertise in Specialist Mortgage Lending, while building and managing key relationships within a dynamic and growing sector.

The Basics:

• Secured Loan Packager - Office based
• £27k-£33k Depending on background, plus regularbonus opportunities
• Mon Fri 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
• 1 Saturday shift per month (9am2pm), MondayFriday standard hours (95 or 106)

The Responsibilities:

As a Secured Loan Packager, you will play a key role in our operations, overseeing the smooth progression of cases from submission to completion.

• Responsible for underwriting and packaging loans to meet lenders' criteria, ensuring all third-party tasks are delegated appropriately, and acting as the primary liaison between advisers and clients to deliver the best possible outcomes.

• Youll have direct interaction with various Second Charge lenders, building and maintaining strong professional relationships. These relationships, along with your connections within our team, are essential for delivering an outstanding level of service.

• Additionally, youll benefit from continuous training provided byRoving UnderwritersandBDMs, who are on-site regularly to ensure you stay at the forefront of industry practices

The Skills & Requirements:

• Background in Paraplanner / Mortgage Admin
• Good understanding of mortgage and secured loan products, including second charge mortgages and bridging finance.
• Excellent spoken and written Communication with strong attention to detail.
• Articulate, driven professionals with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate confidently with clients and lenders alike.
