Are you an experienced Senior ER Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity within a leading manufacturing and production company? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our client's HR function on a permanent basis in Watford.
The OpportunityThis Senior ER Advisor position offers the chance to specialise in Employee Relations within a thriving manufacturing and production industry business. Based in Watford with hybrid working, you'll be working as part of an experienced ER team delivering high-quality advisory services.
As a Senior ER Advisor in this successful manufacturing and production company located in Watford, you'll manage a portfolio of complex ER cases while coaching managers on employment law and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage portfolio of ER cases including complex employee relations issues
- Advise managers on HR policy, employment legislation, and risk assessment
- Support senior management with case documentation and tribunal reports
- Deliver ER workshops and coach managers on performance management
- Respond to employee queries and maintain compliance with employment law
- Use HR systems to manage case data and ensure SLA compliance
- Current experience as an ER Advisor or HR Advisor with comprehensive ER knowledge
- CIPD Level 3-5 qualification (achieved or working towards)
- Strong understanding of employment law and commercial application
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with managers at all levels
