We're looking for a Social Media Executive or Manager to join our retail client in their marketing team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, covering an internal secondment.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone with strong social media experience, who can confidently manage both paid and organic activity while creating engaging, brand-aligned content.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create and schedule content across our social media platforms (including static, video, and stories)

Manage day-to-day publishing, community management, and reactive content

Support the delivery and optimisation of paid social campaigns

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure messaging is consistent and impactful

Monitor performance, report on results, and apply insights to drive engagement and reach

Keep up to date with social trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a social media role (Executive or Manager level)

Confident across both paid and organic social strategies

Skilled in content creation, especially short-form video (e.g. Reels, TikTok-style)

Experience in retail is preferred but not essential

Proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Available to start immediately

Able to commute to our Watford head office three days per week
