We’re seeking a Bid Writer with proven experience to join our team on a part-time basis through to November 2025. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end bid process.

  • Liaise with internal teams to gather technical, financial, and legal content.

  • Assist with the preparation and timely submission of compliant and compelling bids.

  • Manage documentation, version control, and internal records of bids.

  • Maintain communication with clients and internal stakeholders during the bidding process.

  • Ensure final submissions are accurate, professional, and meet client and brand requirements.

About You

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

  • Confident managing and submitting documents via online client portals.

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the construction industry and/or APMP Foundation certification is an advantage.
