We’re seeking a Bid Writer with proven experience to join our team on a part-time basis through to November 2025. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end bid process.

Liaise with internal teams to gather technical, financial, and legal content.

Assist with the preparation and timely submission of compliant and compelling bids.

Manage documentation, version control, and internal records of bids.

Maintain communication with clients and internal stakeholders during the bidding process.

Ensure final submissions are accurate, professional, and meet client and brand requirements.
About You

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Confident managing and submitting documents via online client portals.

Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.

Knowledge of the construction industry and/or APMP Foundation certification is an advantage.
