We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bank Staff for our nurseries in Watford . As a bank staff , this is a as-needed basis. This is a flexible role, providing cover for staff absences, holidays, or busy periods.
About the Role:
Hours will vary depending on nursery needs, but are most likely between 7:30am - 6:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
You will work as part of our caring and professional team to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
Support children's daily routines, learning, and play in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children in a nursery, school, or childcare setting is essential.
A caring, patient, and positive attitude with a genuine passion for working with children.
Flexibility and reliability to work different days and shifts when required.
A good understanding of safeguarding and child welfare.
