Salary: £50,000 £55,000 + car allowance + medical insurance
Location: London and Home counties
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (predominantly)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Development Chef to join a leading education catering organisation, supporting independent schools in the South East and home counties.

Reporting to the Head Development Chef and Culinary Director, this role will drive innovation and standards across the Independent Schools division, ensuring the food offer remains inspiring, creative and market-leading.

• Deliver client sales presentations, showcasing culinary expertise.

• Lead on menu development tailored to the independent school sector.

• Support new contract mobilisations.

• Deliver training and development for culinary teams.

• Collaborate with the Hospitality Chef to ensure consistency and innovation.

• Strong background in independent schools catering; additional B&I or restaurant experience desirable.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proven track record in menu development, training, and mobilisation.

• Flexible to travel nationally across the UK.

• £50,000 £55,000 per annum
