We're proud to be working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Watford, where pupils are at the heart of everything they do. The school is seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching and Learning Assistant to provide vital support for pupils with SEND.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND, helping them achieve both academically and personally.
Work closely with teachers and staff to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Support the delivery of fun, interactive lessons across the curriculum.
Monitor and record pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to staff and parents.
Reflect on your practice and commit to your own professional development.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience supporting children in a school or care setting.
A professional reference to confirm your experience.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Ability to commute to or reside in Watford.
