The Role - Your Day-to-Day

In this varied and dynamic position, you'll be the bridge between customers, production, and quality assurance-helping to ensure high standards and smooth operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as a key contact for high-end clients-providing updates, resolving queries, and managing orders

  • Using systems such as Sage, Excel, and internal databases to track and record work-in-progress

  • Supporting quality control by logging and investigating defects, raising rework orders, and coordinating with the QA team

  • Attending daily production meetings and relaying updates to clients

  • Coordinating with courier services and preparing delivery documentation

  • Helping maintain compliance with industry standards including ISO and aerospace regulations

  • Supporting with compliance activities like audits, H&S monitoring, and reporting

About You - What We're Looking For:
  • Organised, detail-focused, and eager to learn

  • Confident communicator who can manage client expectations professionally

  • Skilled with MS Office and comfortable using digital systems

  • Able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous admin or quality experience is helpful but not essential-training is provided!

  • Reliable, adaptable, and a team player with a positive mindset
