Watford would probably be the epi-centre between office and sites. M25 - northern section, with access to the M1 M40

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work for a great, small business.

The role in a nutshell:
Project Manager with D&B office fit-out experience (Cat A/Cat B), strong programming competency, and experience liaising with architects and PQS.
Location is important as have sites in Oxford/Home Counties (where a lot of their clients are), so must have the ability to commute to office and sites as needed.

Duties and experience:
Spearhead the project (with the QS supporting), client liaison, design team liaison, dealing with constraints of consultants and PQS, used to realms of a D&B contract and the process - know the design approval procedure for contractors, H&S and programming skills using Microsoft Projects - would be expected to put construction programme together, taking info from estimating team - so would how a project should be run, sequence items and events and how everything should form an order.

The Company:
15-year-old, c15m T/O family run company (with strong values and ethics) carries out small refurbs and CAT A / CAT B fit out schemes ranging from 500k - 2m. They have an excellent client base within the racing car sector, with ongoing work in leading names within their UK headquarters. Other clients include working for leading banks, law firms and commercial clients.
Would suit someone based north of London for projects around Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and around the M25, with their head office in Essex.

Character:
Client-facing, personable, good communicator, able to manage their own time

This role could also be referred to as Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Construction Manager
