Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to step up and lead from the front? This is your chance to take the reins as Head of Property Management in a thriving multi-branch operation based in Watford.My client, a well-respected estate agency with three busy offices, is seeking a senior-level Property Management professional to oversee and enhance the day-to-day delivery of their property management service. With a solid lettings and property management team already in place, we’re looking for a strategic thinker who can roll their sleeves up, bring energy to the room, and drive best practice across the board.What’s in it for you?£30,000 - £35,000 basic (depending on experience)Car allowance + commission structure OTE circa £52,000On-site parking8:45am – 6pm Monday to Friday1 in 3 Saturdays (9am–5pm) with a day off in lieuYour role as Head of Property Management will include:Leading and mentoring a close-knit team of fourManaging the full tenancy lifecycle, from move-in to renewals and complianceHandling escalations and complex issues with a calm and commercial approachEnsuring processes are streamlined and compliant across all officesConducting property inspections and ensuring reports are completed to a high standardLiaising with contractors and overseeing maintenance worksOverseeing end-of-tenancy processes and renewalsKeeping a sharp eye on KPIs, legislation, and service deliveryWhat you’ll need to succeed:Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager or ready for your next step upExceptional organisation, time management, and leadership skillsStrong working knowledge of lettings legislation and property complianceExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesConfidence working with CRMs and property software (tech-savvy is a must)Full UK driving licence and access to your own well-maintained vehicleThis is an office-based leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, loves improving systems and processes, and wants to be part of a professional yet down-to-earth team with big ambitions.
