A well-established company based in Watford is looking for a proactive HR Data Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy HR function and make a real impact on critical data and system processes.

The Role:
You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving HR data integrity, supporting ongoing system improvements, and helping to streamline HR processes. Working with the iTrent system (or similar), you'll bring accuracy, speed, and attention to detail to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update employee data within HR systems
  • Manage cases and respond to HR-related queries
  • Cleanse and audit system data for consistency and accuracy
  • Support system upgrades and improvements
  • Assist in delivering training on iTrent
  • Review and enhance existing HR processes
  • Contribute to wider HR projects as needed

About You:

  • Proven experience in data entry within a HRIS environment (ideally iTrent)
  • High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator - both written and verbal
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Available to start immediately
  • Able to commute to Watford 3 days per week
