Basic Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 | OTE: £40,000 – £44,000

Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 6pm) | 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am – 1pm)

Your Role:

As a vital part of the service team, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) our clients customers count on. You’ll manage the customer journey from booking to collection, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and personable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising customers on vehicle service needs and technical issues
  • Booking in vehicles and updating customers throughout the process
  • Cross-selling additional services, repairs, and parts
  • Handling invoices and service documentation
  • Delivering a top-tier experience that builds customer trust and loyalty

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicle servicing
  • Superb communication and organisational skills
  • A polished, professional approach with a customer-first mindset
