SEN Teacher - Watford - £35,000 to £55,000 - Permanent Role

Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a real impact?We're working with a well-resourced, specialist SEN school in Watford that supports pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, SEMH, and ADHD. The school is seeking a committed teacher to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

Full-time, permanent SEN Teacher position
Teaching a small class of pupils with EHCPs
Differentiating lessons to suit a range of abilities and needs
Working closely with LSAs, therapists, and the wider inclusion team
Creating a calm, structured and nurturing learning environment

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
SEN teaching experience (SEMH, ASD, or PMLD desirable)
Strong understanding of individualised learning and behaviour support
A patient, compassionate and consistent approach to teaching
