We are working with a nurturing school in Watford seeking a skilled SEND Teacher to support pupils with a range of special educational needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible impact, helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to SEND pupils
- Plan and differentiate lessons to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with TAs, SENCO, and wider staff team
- Track pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
We’re Looking For:
- QTS or equivalent with SEND experience
- Strong knowledge of differentiated teaching strategies
- Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about helping SEND pupils succeed
