As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, storing products under the correct conditions, and supporting over-labelling of secondary packaging. You’ll be involved in checking deliveries, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, check, and process goods on delivery for accuracy and quality
  • Store goods in the appropriate locations, maintaining required temperature controls
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer instructions, ensuring product safety during transit
  • Support production runs for over-labelling of packaging
  • Assist with logistics coordination, including working with 3rd party providers and overseas warehouses
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation compliant with export and audit requirements
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years’ warehouse experience
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with MS Office and inventory management systems
  • Attention to detail with a focus on compliance to Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and internal SOPs
