Our client is a nationwide provider in the Legionella / Water Hygiene Industry / compliance services who are looking for a diligent and positive Legionella Plumber. To cover sites across London and along the M25. The role involves a wide variety of ACOP L8 and Plumbing duties in order to prevent non-compliance across client sites. Qualifications and experience:
- Will possess G3 Vented & Unvented and / or NVQ / City & Guilds Plumbing (Level 1 / 2 / 3)
- Multi-skilled having hands-on experience in the legionella and water industry
- Follow ACOP L8 guidelines/ compliance tasks & HSG 274
- Ability to write comprehensive work reports and updating logbooks for Clients and internal purposes
- Use IT such as TEAMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Respect company policies and attend reactive works along with PPM appointments
- Hard work ethic
The role:
- Undertaking a range of duties, such as installations and servicing of unvented cylinders, deadleg removals, pipework adjustments, mains injections and pipework re-routes and repairs
- TMV servicing & installations, replacements and cleans & disinfections and refurbishments
- Routine water sampling & temperature monitoring
- Identify any faults found and follow up with advice to initiate remedial actions
- Travelling along with company requirements
- Represent the company professionally and when liaising with internal departments to complete projects
- Service on a mixed portfolio of Commercial, Local Authority and Domestic sites
- Working across client sites to undertake PPM and reactive works to make improvements or repairs
