We are looking for an office assistant to join a growing business in Watlington. Providing essential admin support to the sales team and delivering exception customer service to clients and visitors, you will be a key member of the team.
This is a fully office based role working Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4.30pm on an ongoing basis (around 4-6 weeks minimum). You will need your own vehicle to access the office due to it's rural location.
The role:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Monitoring and responding to emails
- Updating spreadsheets and systems
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Data input
- Supporting with reporting
- Ad hoc office and admin support across departments
You will need:
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Great customer service skills and be happy to answer calls and greet visitors
- Team work skills and ability to pitch in where needed
- Available to start immediately
- Access to your own vehicle to access office
