The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who understand their people are their strongest asset and provide strong support around personal development.About the role:The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery.
Your role will include: * Cost management, ensuring that the project remains within budget. * Providing support within Project Monitoring * Prepare tendering documents * Contract Administration. * Report directly to the client and relevant stakeholders * Recognise early warning signs regarding costings.
The role would ideally suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has recently become chartered through RICS.The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company.
