The Staffing Network are currently recruiting professional and experiencedHGV Class 1 Driversfor a leading haulage company in the Wednesbury area. This role offersMonday to Fridaywork withno weekends.
Key Duties:
- Consistent start times between07:00 and 10:00
- Driving aHGV Class 1 vehicle (curtain-sided)
- Deliveringpalletised goodsto regional distribution centres and commercial customers
- Completing all necessary paperwork and delivery notes accurately
- Daily vehicle checks in line with company rules and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum2 years HGV Class 1 Licence
- ValidCPCandDigital Tachograph Card
- Experience with curtain-sided trailers (required)
- Good working knowledge of driver hours, WTD, and transport regulations
- Strong communication and time management skills
- No more than6 points on licence
