Rate: 拢450/day inside IR35
Duration: 12 months
Hours: 35 hours per week

Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the project delivery team on a major depot fit-out project. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the project as ramps up to start the main works.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing multiple disciplines and subcontractors who are carrying out specialist packages of works at the depot, as well as using bespoke contracts.
Other responsibilities will include:
- 路Leading, managing and training the commercial team.
- 路Leading on all contractual matters from inception to close out.
- 路Assisting in the preparation of contract documents.
- 路Managing the risk and opportunities process.
- 路Setting and Managing budgets.
- 路Providing procurement support.
Requirements:
- 路Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor
- 路Experience working on major civil engineering and infrastructure projects within rail
- 路Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- 路Charted by the RICS/CIOB (preferred)
