- MONDAY - THURSDAY 8.30am - 5.00pm and FRIDAYS 8.30am - 4.30pm
Our client is a leader in their field and due to continued growth, have 6 month fixed term contract for an experienced Customer Service Executive. The role could become permanent or extended dependent upon business performance. The role isvaried and in a fast paced working environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent Customer Service to all customers
- Generate and process orders through email/telephone customer contact to deliver the monthly targets as set by Account Managers and Sales Directors for the UK and Other Markets.
- Utilise CRM system (when implemented) for recording and planning; orders, actions, complaints, opportunities and general communication.
- Office based point of contact for customers to support and answer queries.
- Provide overview on sales vs budget in daily meetings.
- Activate promotions with customers agreed by the sales team.
- Generate good relationships with the account managers.
- Operate the Warehouse Management System to ensure the smooth running of the process.

- Strong skill set on PC; Outlook (or equivalent), CRM, PowerPoint, Excel.
