As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a range of additional needs, helping them engage with the curriculum, manage their behaviour, and build confidence. Your responsibilities will include 1:1 support, small group work, and in-class assistance. You’ll help pupils stay on task, understand subject content, and develop positive learning habits.The Candidate:This role is ideal for a psychology graduate who is considering a future career in educational psychology, teaching, or child development. You must be empathetic, patient, and able to build strong relationships with young people.
