Mechanical Fitter - West Midlands - up to 31,000 + Overtime - Ref 1849

I am currently recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter to work for a leading engineering organisation based in the West Midlands. Salary up to 31,000 + Overtime + Benefits.

The organisation is a market leading engineering organisation that delivers a very well developed product portfolio to the UK water utilities market. They have an extensive track record of delivering high quality products and providing solutions for a wide range of problems, both complex and simple. With a wealth of experienced individuals, they can define and deliver the perfect solution.

To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans they the need to recruit for a Mechanical fitter on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Mechanical Fitter, you'll contribute proven installation experience and hands-on skills to the team. You'll collaborate closely with the Installation Department, Project team, and occasionally with the broader business, ensuring that all installation tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. Training will be provided on the job, and if relevant, a personal development plan will be outlined and reviewed regularly.
This role will require regular travel throughout the UK, when working away all accommodation will be booked and paid for by the company in advance.

Essential Requirements:

* Experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar
* CSCS Card

Desirable Requirements

* Experience in the Water sector
* SSSTS
* UK Driving License
