Transport Administrator

Working within a Transport Department - Home delivery service
Immediate vacancy - Ongoing regular work - weekly pay
12.60 per hour - 26,208 per annum
Based at Wednesbury to start and then will be based out of Fradley Park, Lichfield.
Days Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm
Duties of a Transport Administrator
- Responsible for helping with the day-to day tasks in the transport department
- Ensure vehicle and driver paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Plan vehicle routes and paperwork
- Monitor vehicle tracking to ensure that routed times are being met and no breaches are occurring
- Maintain all KPI's
- Customer notifications
- Arrange and liaise servicing and repairs
Experience of a Transport Administrator
- Ideally looking for someone with transport administration experience
- Home delivery / Parcel delivery knowledge
- Route planning / Transport experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Working in the logistics distribution and supply chain industry
Detail of a Transport Administrator
- Immediate start
- Based in Wednesbury to start - will move to Fradley Park, Lichfield within 3 months
- Days - Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm
- 12.60 per hour
- Ideally looking for someone with a home delivery background or logistics distribution and supply chain
- Ongoing regular work with a genuine opportunity for permanent employment
