We are looking to recruit a Production Manager with experience in the food or FMCG industry, with an understanding of how raw materials are manufactured into the finished food product.
The ideal Production Manager will have exposure to lean manufacturing including; 5s, Kaizen and Kanban. This role requires the Production Manager to be extremely driven and have a proven track record of man management, continuous process management, be team orientated, have excellent decision-making ability, as well as be a good communicator to all levels of personnel.

As the Shift Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the production team, and equipment, reporting directly to the Site Manager. You will be directly responsible for the management of 4 direct reports, and indirectly responsible for up to 60 - 100 reports.

Responsibilities will comprise of:
路Man-management and team building.
路Monitoring production KPIs.
路Handling management issues.
路Structuring the site for optimal performance.
路Implementing continuous improvement and reliability measures.
路Budget and cost control.
路Ensuring the delivery of the company's vision and standards to all team members.
路Working in an extremely fast paced continuous process, with a high expectation to meet tight deadlines.
