- Operating CNC machinery, ideally HOMAG routers and edge banders, to produce high-quality wood components
- Reading technical drawings and production specifications
- Performing basic machine setups, adjustments, and tool changes
- Carrying out quality checks using measuring tools and visual inspection
- Ensuring consistent output and reporting any machine faults or material issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with H&S standards
- Previous CNC operating experience (HOMAG experience highly desirable)
- Confident interpreting technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Comfortable working on a rotating shift pattern
- Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn new systems
