Possible Temp to Perm for right candidate
Location : Wellingborough NN8
Hours : Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 (Occasionally these change, but no weekends)
Pay rate: £12.25 per hour
Come and join our client as a New Build Cleaner, in and around Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.
**Work starting asap - MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE. CSCS Card would be beneficial**
Monday to Friday work with shifts typically being between 08:00 and 17:30.
Pay rate on offer is £12.25 per hour.
What you will be doing as a New Build Cleaner
Cleaning of newly built houses on building sites.
Clear debris and remove it from the home.
Deep clean of all entry doors and passages.
Deep clean all surfaces and cupboards.
Deep clean all furnishings.
Deep clean all light fixtures.
Deep clean all window frames, panes and interiors.
Deep clean of all remaining fixtures - Smoke alarms, switches, skirting boards, etc
Vacuum floors and stairs
Dust blinds if applicable
Experience needed
Cleaning on new build housing sites. You must have experience in this field. Commercial, domestic and office cleaning is not sufficient.
Clean UK Licence must be held, for insurance purposes.
CSCS card would be beneficial.
The ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Flexibility to working.
