The position of Coater Operator is available in Wellingborough with a pay of £24,375.
This role requires a minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience and offers a rotating shift from 0600-1400 or 1400-2200, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will operate a coating machine, manage silicone and adhesive consistency, and ensure production targets are met.
Additional responsibilities include completing documentation for traceability and performing daily maintenance on machinery.

Operate a Coating Machine as required to ensure production targets are met.
Organise systems to ensure all jobs for print shift are ready.
Manage Silicone and Adhesive consistency.
Ensure daily schedules are met.
Complete documentation for traceability and BRC.
Daily maintenance and care of machinery.
