Our client is a small, successful and rapidly expanding online car parts retailer, known for their friendly team and specialist expertise. They supply genuine, aftermarket and performance parts globally, focusing on premium marques including Saab, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, and Smart. As an authorised distributor of DO88 performance parts, they serve enthusiasts and professionals alike.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our client’ operations. As a Car Parts Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. You'll work closely with customers and colleagues, helping identify, source, and list new product ranges, while also responding to enquiries with expert advice and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source and upload new car parts to our websites
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone
- Use manufacturer parts systems to assist customers accurately
- Provide friendly and informed service to global customers
- Support the wider team with various tasks and projects
- Take initiative and work independently where required

The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-focused individual with a solid understanding of car parts and a desire to grow with the business. About you:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in the car parts industry
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems (engine, suspension, fuel etc.)
- Confident using parts identification and manufacturer systems
- Basic IT literacy (full training provided for our systems)
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Team player who’s adaptable and willing to get stuck in
- Experience in aftermarket/performance parts (advantageous)
