We are an ambitious and expanding organisation,looking for a proactive and detail-orientated individualto join our team to idenify and assist in the recruitment of staff across a range of employment sectors, but especially Logistics. This will demand effective time management, high service standards and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Core working pattern wil be Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of Temporary and Permanent stafffor a wide client base, as defined by those cients. .
- Assist in making real-time adjustments to clients needs for staffing, both immediate and planned.
- Perform administrative duties as needed with high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Assisting in monitoring workerschedules, where appropriate, proactively addressing potential issues with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with the wider internal team to ensure the efficient coordination of personneloperations, addressing any challenges or issues that may arise..
- Interact with customers as needed, addressing enquiries, providing assistance, and maintaining positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist the team in meeting targets (KPIs) in alignment with business goals and Customer Service Level Agreements, escalating issues as necessary.
- Ensure all live changes are accurately reflected in the system for seamless tracking and reporting.
- Verify the authenticity and validity of documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client company standards.
- Assist in logging andmonitoring absences, keeping accurate records for HR and operational planning purposes.
- More important than formal qualifications is an enthusiasm and willingness to learn and take on new skills and knowledge.
- Prior experience in, administrative support, or customer service roles in an often fast based setting would be anadvantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of people, customers, and team members.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- You will be encouraged to learn and gainnew skills and take on more responsibility, with the potential to progress within the team and develop the role further.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a good understanding ofprocesses and excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
