The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and pastoral staff to support students across a range of subjects and year groups. You'll play a key role in removing barriers to learning and ensuring that all students-especially those with additional needs-can engage fully in school life.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support students during lessons to ensure full access to the curriculum
* Assist with targeted interventions and small-group work
* Work with staff to deliver tailored learning support plans
* Promote inclusion, motivation, and resilience among students
* Maintain records to track student progress and engagement

We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has a genuine passion for helping young people succeed
* Is adaptable, reliable, and a strong communicator
* Works well as part of a team and independently
* Can build positive relationships with students from a range of backgrounds
* Has experience in education or youth work
* A Teaching Assistant qualification is beneficial but not essential
