We're on the lookout for an HR Advisor who's passionate about people and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is your chance to join a close-knit HR and help shape the employee experience from the inside out.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the go-to for HR advice on everything from performance to policies.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Drive engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
  • Keep things compliant, organised, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Get involved in everything from absence management to charity events and apprenticeships.

What we're looking for:

  • Solid HR experience (ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings).
  • Confident communicator who can challenge constructively and suggest improvements.
  • Strong grasp of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it).
  • Detail-oriented, approachable, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
