Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for building lasting relationships and driving business growth? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Internal Account Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our valued clients and ensuring their continued success.

About the Role:
As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients. You will work closely with the sales teams, operations, and other internal departments to provide exceptional service, identify new opportunities, and help our clients get the most from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts

  • Build strong relationships with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with external sales and support teams to deliver seamless service

  • Prepare account reports, sales forecasts, and customer updates

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure client data is up-to-date

About You:

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales support

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
