We're looking for a dedicated Assistant Technical Manager to join a market-leading company. You'll be making sure every product leaving the factory is safe, legal, authentic.


What you'll be doing:

  • Helping maintain the site's high BRC standards
  • Playing an active role on the HACCP team
  • Running regular reviews, audits, and verifications
  • Checking CCP records and factory traceability
  • Carrying out audits across production and packaging,
  • Working with Pest Control and Cleaning Contractors
  • Supporting factory audits and representing the technical team in meetings
  • Investigating customer complaints and ensuring quick, effective resolutions
  • Acting fast on any unsafe or non-conforming product or raw materials


What you'll bring:
