We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated TraineeInspector to join our clients growing team in Northamptonshire. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that all parts meet strict customer quality standards before leaving our facility. Full training will be provided across all inspection processes, giving you the skills and confidence to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

You will receive training to carry out the following tasks:

  • Use a Romer Arm and PowerInspect for accurate part measurement.
  • Inspect components mid-process and prior to dispatch to verify compliance with customer requirements.
  • Communicate any non-conformances to the relevant personnel and record them in the internal quality management database.
  • Ensure the inspection department complies with the quality management system and company procedures.
  • Carry out inspections with a strong focus on cosmetic appearance of panels.
  • Keep all measuring equipment in good working order, ensuring calibration is up to date.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
