We're looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused individual to join our team in a strong Quality Assurance team. If you've got a sharp eye, a passion for perfection, and an overall foodie you might be just who we need.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular quality checks at every stage of production - from raw materials to finished goods
  • Document any quality concerns, restrict non-conforming materials, and notify the Technical Department of any non-compliances
  • Test products for taste, texture, and appearance, and take prompt corrective action if things are off-spec
  • Complete and review all necessary paperwork with accuracy and efficiency
  • Follow Quality Management System procedures to the letter
  • Support in resolving quality issues that arise from production, internal checks, or customer and supplier feedback
  • Report any concerns with raw materials, equipment, or final products to management swiftly
  • Regularly check process control sheets and take action when needed to maintain product consistency
  • Keep work areas clean and ensure all food safety policies and statutory requirements are followed
  • Monitor the effectiveness of quality procedures and food safety controls, suggesting improvements where possible
  • Help investigate any instances of out-of-spec or unsafe products and support immediate corrective actions
