The School and Role
In this role, you will support pupils to achieve their full potential by promoting meaningful learning experiences and maintaining high standards of behaviour. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive setting where every child can thrive.

Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Focus: Learning support and behaviour management
The desired Behaviour Support Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
