You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering personalised one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a variety of special educational needs
- Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement and monitor individual education plans (IEPs)
- Creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning space
- Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, and emotional challenges
- Assisting with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activities
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience working with children with SEN (in schools or other settings) is highly desirable.
- A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is beneficial, though not essential.
