SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and helping them thrive in an inclusive learning environment? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and supportive team in Northampton.
Your Role:
- Supporting with educational needs in both a 1:1 and group setting
- Helping to support the delivery of the curriculum to help prepare students for real life skills
- Contribute to a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual needs by creating a sensory rich environment
- Build strong relationships with children based on trust
We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or alternative settings)
- A patient, compassionate, and resilient attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a flexible and proactive approach
