Job Title: Sales Administrator
(You will be a skilled and accurate administrator, with excellent coordination abilities)
Location: Wellington Outskirts
(Commutable from Wellington, / Tiverton - you will need to be a driver and have your own vehicle due to the location)
Hours: Full-time, 7:45am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 12.30pm FridaySalary: Circa £28,000 PA

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking to join a dynamic and market-leading organisation? Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support their busy sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue customer quotations based on sales team input
- Maintain up-to-date price lists and sales literature
- Generate sales and booking reports
- Perform general administrative tasks (calls, post, filing, reception)
- Coordinate mailshots and data exports
- Manage product and pricing data within the CRM system
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (advantageous - training provided)
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
